To support this exciting new operation, we are recruiting for the following key roles: Administration Coordinator Transport Clerk Administration Coordinator The Administration Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting site leadership by managing the administrative functions of the operation and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: Managing all administrative activities to support site and operations management Developing and maintaining reports in line with required specifications and timeframes Coordinating activities for internal teams and customers to support business outcomes Managing payroll processes in line with Toll standards and compliance requirements Prioritising safety for self and others in all administrative functions About you: 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics or operations Experience coordinating payroll and reporting activities Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines Transport Clerk The Transport Clerk is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound transport activities, ensuring deliveries are executed efficiently, safely and in line with contractual and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries to meet operational and customer requirements Supporting transport planning and control processes to maximise efficiency Managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve collaborative outcomes Reviewing and reporting on transport and Chain of Responsibility compliance Prioritising safety for self and others in all transport activities About you: Proven experience in logistics, transport or supply chain coordination Demonstrated understanding of Chain of Responsibility and transport legislation Experience with data analysis and report development Intermediate MS Office skills Strong attention to detail and ability to perform effectively under pressure Why join Toll?
