The business operates diverse supply chain, warehousing and transport environments and is committed to building a proactive, engaged and best-practice safety culture. With continued growth across NSW, they are seeking a passionate and capable Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead to support their operational teams across two major facilities. The Position Working across both Sydney Airport and Western Sydney offices , this position is responsible for coaching, guiding and supporting leaders and frontline teams to improve safety outcomes, influence behaviours and strengthen a proactive safety culture. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that partners with operational leaders to ensure compliance, drive safe work practices, support wellbeing initiatives, and deliver continuous improvement across the business. Key responsibilities include: Coaching leaders and teams on safety behaviours, risk identification and safe practices Supporting investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Assisting with the development and execution of safety strategies, policies and procedures Monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and supporting digital safety systems Delivering training, toolbox talks and education sessions Engaging stakeholders at all levels to embed safety culture and wellbeing initiatives Identifying risks, reviewing assessments and guiding safe systems of work Supporting wellness programs and building a culture of care across the workforce The Package $125,000 - $135,000 Super Dynamic role spanning two key NSW operational sites Strong organisational support, development and career pathways The Candidate Ideal candidates will bring: 3-5 years' experience in health, safety and wellbeing roles Cert IV WHS (minimum), tertiary qualifications desirable Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing or transport Strong communication, coaching and influence across all levels Ability to assess risk, conduct investigations and drive safety improvements Knowledge of HSE legislation, incident management and safety systems A proactive, people-focused approach and confidence working across multiple sites This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HSW professional to join a high-performing national business and make a real impact on safety culture and wellbeing outcomes.
