The Role: As our new Network Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of Motor Claims & Assessing’s key cost, service & quality targets through our Partner Repairer Network and related Motor Supplier services. The role is responsible for assisting the Network Performance Team in the performance management of our Partner Repairers, including sourcing, selecting, vetting and on-boarding Partner Repairers to achieve required cost, service and repair quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assist to procure selected supplier services within appropriate governance, compliance and contractual frameworks, as well as undertaking business risk assessments of potential suppliers Audit, analyse and manage cost, quality & service performance of the Motor Category supply chain ensuring that agreed contractual, regulatory and best practice standards are met & maintained In conjunction with Procurement Manager, closely monitor supplier capacity statewide to ensure adequate coverage to meet customer demand Analyse all relative Supplier Feedback Register issues daily, and liaise with stakeholders to produce outcomes Attend regular Supplier review meetings & document outcomes/actions with repairers as well as attending regular team meetings to compare performance, share best practice with colleagues Identify and report on key trends within the Motor Category Supplier space Pro-actively research & maintain sound knowledge of market developments in Motor Category Supplier space, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, company processes, systems, products and brands Closely work alongside Network Performance Manager and key stakeholders to ensure Motor Category Suppliers’ cost, quality & service delivery supports & enhances the claims value chain Act as liaison for internal stakeholders, to understand and assist with the development of the Motor Claims strategy, objectives, targets, quality assurance and risk & control frameworks from Network Performance perspective Seize opportunities to enhance mutual understanding of PSM function and Motor Claims & Assessing teams, obtain and impart feedback about existing supplier performance and champion supplier usage Assist when required to satisfactorily resolve claims negotiations and disputes involving Motor suppliers Knowledge and Experience: Motor Category Procurement & Supplier Management or Relationship Management experience preferred. (minimum of 2 years within a Claims & Assessing environment) Sound knowledge of the Motor Category supplier environment, including smash repairers, towing, market practices Ability to influence & communicate effectively, analyse & interpret data, and with strong problem-solving ability Proven track record of ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Our Perks: Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptop provided!
