What You’ll Do: Be the voice of the client: Build meaningful, long‑term relationships through regular communication and genuine collaboration. Deliver seamless logistics solutions: Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using our OneTrack Dashboard, ensuring smooth transitions from order to delivery. Drive efficiency and accuracy: Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports to keep information current and reliable. Empower new partnerships: Set up new accounts, assist with onboarding, and ensure each transition feels effortless. Champion continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline processes, resolve issues proactively, and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams. Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high‑performing culture.
