We’re looking for a proactive and driven Strata Manager to join a dynamic team, taking ownership of projects, client relationships, and day-to-day operations. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Strata Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering seamless management and exceptional client service: Confidently chairing and coordinating meetings Preparing detailed and accurate agendas and minutes Managing budgets and overseeing financial reporting Driving meeting outcomes by implementing action items efficiently Coordinating work orders and supervising maintenance activities Handling client enquiries promptly via phone and email Managing day-to-day client requirements, including site inspections and meetings Overseeing complex projects from initiation through to completion Maintaining strict compliance with relevant industry regulations What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in strata management is highly desirable (strong real estate experience considered) Strong financial and budgeting skills Qualifications: COR/Strata Certificate Exceptional organisational and project management abilities Strong communication and client service skills Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary (open and negotiable based on experience) Car allowance company phone Work with a supportive, high-energy team A role with variety, responsibility, and real impact Why This Role?
