This is a Monday to Friday position based in Sydney CBD – no inspections, no weekend work and no accounting responsibilities. The Role: Managing and maintaining strong landlord relationships Reviewing and approving a shortlist of applications prepared by on-site Building Managers Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals (with team support) Seeking landlord approval for maintenance, with on-site teams coordinating trades and tenants Managing rent arrears, supported by the accounts team About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager Current Class 2 Real Estate Licence NCAT experience highly regarded Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative 20 person team Highly organised with strong time management skills Experience using Property Tree or similar property management software The Opportunity: Monday to Friday role – enjoy your weekends Office-based position in Sydney CBD Leasing managed by on-site teams, allowing you to focus purely on portfolio management Ongoing support from experienced managers and colleagues Annual CPD training provided Work mobile phone supplied With a long-standing reputation in the Australian property market and a substantial residential portfolio this organisation is known for delivering quality developments in prime locations.
