Building Manager Location: Sydney 3 month contract - potential to extend An opportunity is available for an experienced Building Manager to oversee two residential buildings within a growing portfolio across Sydney. This role would suit a proactive and service-focused professional who enjoys managing day-to-day building operations while maintaining strong relationships with residents, contractors, and strata representatives. Initially offered as a 3-month contract, there is strong potential for this role to transition into a permanent full-time position as the portfolio continues to expand. The Role You will be responsible for the operational management of two residential buildings, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the properties while maintaining a high standard of presentation, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Portfolio Overview Two residential buildings Approx. 35 hours per week combined One building requires regular onsite presence during weekday mornings The second building requires several onsite visits per week, with the remaining administrative tasks able to be completed remotely Combined portfolio of approximately 280 residential lots Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day building operations across both sites Coordinate contractors, maintenance works, and compliance requirements Liaise with residents, strata committees, and property managers Monitor building systems, common areas, and facilities Manage incident reporting and ensure issues are resolved efficiently Complete administrative duties and reporting where required About You Previous residential Building Manager experience Strong understanding of building operations and contractor coordination Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Organised and able to manage responsibilities across multiple sites Comfortable working both onsite and remotely What’s on Offer 3-month contract with strong potential to become permanent Flexible role across two residential buildings Opportunity to join a growing property management portfolio If you are an experienced Building Manager looking for a flexible contract role with long-term potential, we would love to hear from you.
