I am seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team and support the successful delivery of a high‑profile data centre project You will be responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day site operations on a major data centre project, ensuring the safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery of all works. This role requires a strong technical understanding of building services, MEP coordination and the ability to lead subcontractors across a live, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with program milestones Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of workmanship Support commissioning, QA, compliance and site inspections across mechanical, electrical, hydronic and control systems Manage WHS compliance, toolbox talks, risk assessments and site‑specific safety plans Maintain site documentation, reporting, and job management systems Work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants and client representatives to achieve seamless project flow Identify issues on site, troubleshoot proactively and escalate where necessary Support project delivery from early works through fitout, services installation, commissioning and handover About You Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction, fitout or refurb Strong understanding of building services (mechanical/electrical) highly desirable, particularly for technically complex builds Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades in a high‑pressure environment Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards Ability to run efficient, well‑organised sites with exceptional attention to detail If you have relevant experience and full working rights, please apply to this ad.
