I'm currently looking for a Site Manager for a well-established construction and fitout company with over two decades of experience delivering excellence across commercial, education, retail, and hospitality sectors across central Sydney. About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be based mainly on CBD sites and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards — on time, within budget, and in line with all project requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities, including trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal personnel Oversee site safety, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures Program, budget, and forecast project timelines and costs Interpret drawings and specifications accurately and set out projects accordingly Identify, address, and resolve any on-site issues promptly Maintain a strong client focus throughout project delivery About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A trade background Proven experience managing high-spec commercial fitout projects Excellent programming, budgeting, and forecasting skills A proactive and problem-solving mindset Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
