Whether you're early in your career or growing into a leadership path, you’ll work closely with clients and experienced colleagues to solve real workforce challenges — from culture and change to workforce planning and HR transformation. We currently have positions available in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Canberra and Brisbane. What You’ll Do Support the design and delivery of talent and organisation strategies. Help clients respond to digital disruption and business transformation. Identify workforce skills and capability gaps to future-proof organisations. Contribute to agile operating model design, workforce planning, and organisational change initiatives. Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and insights. Assist in the development of client proposals, presentations, and internal tools or frameworks. Build your consulting toolkit through diverse projects, mentoring, and certifications. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in consulting or relevant corporate roles. Exposure to or interest in one or more of the following: Change Management HR Transformation / Digital HR Workforce Strategy or Organisation Design Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
