The Role And You Analyse, document and manage complex business and technical processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies. Document and define clear functional and non-functional requirements that accurately reflect business needs, regulatory obligations and technical constraints. Identify and document risks, issues and dependencies from system and process changes. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements. Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle, supporting consultation, issue resolution and shared understanding. You will have proven stakeholder engagement at all levels of an organisation from operational, managerial, and executive. A relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated project management experience. Excellent communication skill to gather, interpret and produce documentation. Excellent presentation skills – ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and facilitate stakeholder management.
