About The Role - Business Intelligence Manager As our Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading the RAAFA’s data, business intelligence (BI) and analytics functions to drive operational efficiency, strategic decision-making and organisational performance. Lead the Business Intelligence Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned to RAAFA’s priorities. Establish and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, including data platforms and BI tools. Guide the creation of dashboards, reports and visualisations that support evidence-based decision making. Champion responsible, ethical and secure use of AI across RAAFA. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions. Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process optimisation, improved data utilisation and capability uplift. Promote data literacy and self-service analytics across the organisation. Proactively identify and implement improvements to data management practices, BI platforms and reporting processes. About You Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline and/or significant professional equivalent industry experience. Demonstrated experience leading data, BI or analytics functions, including managing data platforms, data integration processes (ETL/ELT), and enterprise reporting environments. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Proven capability in developing and implementing BI strategies, overseeing data warehousing solutions and visualisations and insights that support confident decision-making. Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles and risk-managed adoption of AI technologies. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences. Experience with modern data tools, cloud platforms and emerging BI/AI technologies. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build capability, set priorities and drive performance.
