Your new company A large and complex university environment undergoing a major operating model and process transformation. You will join a highperforming transformation team delivering a fastpaced, multistream program focused on improving service delivery, efficiency and consistency across the institution. Your new role As the Change Manager, you will report to a Senior Change Manager and Practice Lead and work within a dedicated squad structure. You will be responsible for driving change for a specific stakeholder group, working closely with project teams, process specialists and senior stakeholders. Your focus will be on supporting the implementation of new business processes, operating model changes, and ways of working across the university.
