About the Role The Direct Care Services Administration Assistant provides customer service, administrative and scheduling support for in-home services under HACC, CHSP, NDIS and brokerage arrangements. The role supports rostering meals, modifications and maintenance services, communicating with clients and other stakeholders, record keeping, data entry and service coordination, helping to ensure timely, client focused and compliant service delivery. Key Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate meals, maintenance and modification services for clients and contractors Liaise with clients, families and contractors regarding service details Provide clear communication with clients and contractors Distribute documentation related to service delivery Maintain data management systems and prepare client correspondence Monitor budget for home modification services Update portal information in a timely manner Participate actively in a team based approach to service coordination Ensure administrative tasks are completed on time and to a high standard Identify and respond to family violence risks in line with the MARAM framework Undertake other duties as directed To be successful in this position, you will require: Experience in administration and/or client services Proficiency in relevant systems (e.g. TrakCare, City Manager, My Aged Care) and Microsoft Office Experience supporting service access for diverse and vulnerable populations Must hold current National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening check and valid Working with Children Check Must hold current Victorian Driver’s Licence Benefits and Perks Our benefits enhance everyday wellbeing and encourage you to take time to make a difference in the community: Generous salary packaging and flexible working arrangements.
