The Lorian Group is currently looking for an experienced Contract Site Manager to oversee an internal hospitality fitout project located North Brisbane Bayside. This is an initial 10-week contract, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements. This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager who is confident managing fast-paced fitout environments and coordinating multiple trades to deliver a high-quality finish within a tight program. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades Managing the construction program and ensuring timelines are met Maintaining site safety, inductions and compliance Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the project team Ensuring quality control and smooth delivery of the fitout Managing site documentation and reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on hospitality, retail or commercial fitout projects Ability to manage fast-track internal fitouts Strong trade coordination and communication skills Solid understanding of HSE and site compliance Relevant construction tickets / certifications The Opportunity 10 week contract with potential extension Interesting hospitality fitout project Supportive project team Immediate start available If you are an experienced Site Manager available for contract work and are based on or near the North Brisbane / Sunshine Coast region, we’d love to hear from you.
