We’ve got the rocks covered but we’re looking for one more incredible person to join the team based at our Tritton Underground Operation as a Surveyor. The Nitty Gritty Reporting to the Senior Surveyor, t his role plays a key part in supporting safe and efficient underground mining by providing accurate survey control, maintaining mine plans, and delivering critical data to operational teams. Working closely with mining crews, engineers, and leadership, you will ensure underground development and production activities are carried out accurately and in line with operational requirements. What You Bring Tertiary qualification in Surveying Experience in mine or civil surveying Knowledge of relevant mining and surveying software Proficiency with Total Stations, preferably Leica Experience operating CMS and Hovermap UG drones Current Working at Heights ticket Current Driver’s Licence Remote Pilot Licence (desirable) First Aid Certificate or Senior First Aid Certificate Strong ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload while providing direction to the team Effective communication skills across all levels of the business Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills What We Offer Competitive Salary Package : with Short Term Incentive Program. The Company Tritton Operations Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production. Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
