An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join a high growth business at a pivotal stage of its journey. This is not a purely strategic leadership role. You will be expected to build the hiring function while remaining hands on and actively delivering recruitment outcomes. About the Role Reporting to the Head of People, you will lead Talent Acquisition strategy while remaining deeply involved in day to day recruitment delivery. This role requires someone comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. You will design scalable hiring processes, implement systems and reporting, and personally run critical searches across the business. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with leadership to translate growth plans into clear hiring roadmaps Running structured intake sessions to define success profiles and hiring criteria Personally managing end to end recruitment for priority and senior role Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals and direct outreach Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future growth Designing and improving recruitment processes, scorecards and interview frameworks Selecting, implementing or optimising an ATS and establishing meaningful reporting Managing stakeholder expectations and advising on market conditions Ensuring a high quality candidate experience from first contact to offer This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the tools and setting the standard for hiring excellence. About You You are an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in a scale up environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by the opportunity to build capability from the ground up.
