About the Role:As part of our Learning & Organisational Development team, you will:Design and develop engaging learning content including: eLearning (Articulate 360 and Rise), facilitator-led training content, videos, simulations and microlearning.Translate complex clinical, behavioural and compliance topics into clear, accessible training.Ensure all learning aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation and organisational requirements.Collaborate with clinical educators, quality specialists, HR and operational leaders.Build SCORM‑compliant modules and use our LMS to structure courses and interpret learner analytics.Evaluate learning using established frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) and drive continuous improvement. About YouYou’re a creative, proactive Instructional Designer who loves solving problems and creating practical, learner‑friendly solutions. What you’ll bringExperience designing learning in aged care, healthcare, or other fast-paced environments.Strong skills in digital learning design especially using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline).Experience creating blended learning programs at scale.Strong communication, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement skills.High PC literacy (MS Office) and excellent writing skills.Current National Police Check (within 3 months).DesirableExperience with competency‑based training/VET frameworks (e.g., CHC qualifications).Video/animation or digital media skills.Familiarity with Dayforce LMS.QualificationsTertiary qualification in Instructional Design, Adult Education, L&D, Education, HR or similar.Personal AttributesPurpose‑driven, creative and self‑motivated.Confident communicator with a “can‑do” mindset.Resilient, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.Strong attention to detail and alignment with Opal HealthCare’s Values.
