Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Consultant who partners closely with hiring managers to achieve strong hiring outcomes. The role involves assisting in defining job requirements, attracting and screening candidates, managing the selection process, preparing offers, and supporting onboarding. Additionally, the position contributes to improving employee retention through effective orientation processes and probation reviews. Responsibilities: Partner with department managers to clarify role requirements Draft, refine, and publish job advertisements Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles Screen and assess candidate suitability Prepare and present candidate shortlists Develop structured interview questions Lead or co-lead interviews Prepare employment offers in line with internal approval processes Coordinate onboarding requirements Coordinate and document probation review meetings Maintain accurate recruitment documentation Build and maintain talent pools Ensure employees are meeting their requirements of their traineeships Monitor and report on recruitment metrics Essential criteria and skills: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Proven ability to proactively lead recruitment activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise effectively Sound judgement with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Self motivated If you have experience in recruitment or HR and meet the above criteria, apply now and you'll be contacted quickly for a phone screen.
