As a Concierge at The Works (our Head Office in Cremorne), you are the first smile, the friendly hello, and the go-to person for everything that makes the Reece Support Centre a great place to work and visit. Supporting the Workplace Experience Co Ordinator, you’ll help bring our workplace to life - creating moments that make people feel welcome, connected and proud to be part of Reece. You’re equal parts host, problem-solver, organiser and culture-builder - and no two days look the same. What’s involved in the role Creating a warm, welcoming experience for employees, customers, clients and visitors. Making people feel seen, supported and looked after from the moment they arrive. Communicating clearly, positively and respectfully - even when things get busy. General admin including things like… receiving and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, Facilitate events and assist with booking meetings rooms including catering requests Champion initiatives that support great customer service, amazing people experiences and new ways of working and collaborating What will help you succeed in the role Experience in a front of house, concierge or customer facing role We’d love to find someone with an inquisitive nature, who will ask questions and proactively find solutions Someone with a natural flair for customer service who loves helping others, and has a “can do” attitude You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task. You’ll have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way. Experience in event management, space activation or workplace communities / agile workplace environments will be highly regarded, but not essential, attitude matters just as much as experience. Excellent computer literacy, such as the MS Office suite of products, as well as tech savviness You will be part of a highly motivated team who are passionate about the work they deliver.
