The Role We are seeking a Senior Digital Sales Executive with experience in programmatic trading to work with our QLD Sales team and National Digital Sales team to drive revenue growth in-line with the extraordinary growth of our digital asset, SBS On Demand, This role is classified as Level 2 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement with a base salary range of $80K - $95K a 15% commission structure. The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework. Reporting to the QLD Group Sales Manager this role will see you: Collaborate and work with the wider QLD Sales team to provide specialist digital support across brief responses. Identify new digital revenue opportunities across key agencies and clients, with a focus on programmatically traded revenue. Develop relationships and collaborate with digital and programmatic agency teams as well as Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), to ensure seamless transaction of Digital campaigns. Clearly articulate, demonstrate and commercialise our BVOD platform, SBS On Demand. Actively participate in strategic development of digital and integrated sales proposals Provide the sales team with expertise in programmatic trading and the broader digital market, as well as upskilling team members accordingly. Work closely with the Digital Operations and Programmatic teams on campaign deal setup, troubleshooting and new tech rollouts to maximise programmatic revenue. Provide revenue analysis on a regular basis to ensure trading desk hygiene and optimisation, in addition to making recommendations that will improve performance. About you Proven ability and 3-5 years’ experience in providing effective digital trading and transaction Demonstrated expertise and understanding of programmatic landscape, operations and software Established Queensland market digital and programmatic relationships Enjoy collaborating across different teams including sales and operations to achieve shared goals and problem solve The ability to create sales proposals using a variety of tools and software programs and have sound knowledge and understanding of the various media platforms within the digital landscape An understanding of the competitive capabilities within the streaming and online video landscape Some of the reasons to consider working with us: The people!
