Perfect for a junior to mid-level Interior Designer or Architect ready to dip a toe into project management and construction. Create crisp CAD drawings and design packages, while helping the team stay on track and on budget. Clear path to Junior Project Manager as you gain delivery, scheduling, budgeting, and client liaison experience. Produce precise 2D/3D CAD drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) from briefs, sketches, and specs. Convert concepts into accurate construction-ready drawings. Keep drawings tidy, documented, and up to date; ensure codes and standards alignment. Manage file revisions, annotations, and project docs. Support design reviews with engineers, architects, and PMs. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for feasible, accurate designs. Assist with material take-offs, design reports, and client-ready visuals. Keep projects humming support schedules, milestones, dashboards, and progress updates. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders; assist procurement and contracts. Help with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Liaise with clients and suppliers to keep delivery smooth. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Design or related field. 1–2 years in interior design or architectural studio; hands-on CAD experience. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent; BIM knowledge a plus. Strong drafting and technical drawing skills; solid codes/building knowledge. Excellent organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative team player. Basic understanding of project management concepts.
