Job Description We’re looking for a Chef de Partie with a strong a la carte background to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you’ll create exceptional dishes and oversee daily kitchen operations, all while ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. You’ll mentor junior team members, uphold the highest food safety standards and help keep the kitchen running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Your role will include (but not limited to): Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance, training and support to help them grow Apply diverse cooking techniques to consistently deliver exceptional dishes Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen that meets all food safety standards Strong a la carte experience with a proven ability to deliver high-quality dishes Thorough understanding of food safety standards and best practices Ensuring exceptional food standards, from preparation to presentation. Monitor and control food waste, stock levels, and kitchen resources. Assist the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and promote a positive working culture at all times.
