About The Role We’re expanding our team at Ingrity, a specialist Microsoft Data & AI consultancy that helps organisations across Australia modernise, transform and scale their data platforms. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants exposure across: Pre-sales conversations & client workshops Solution design and architecture fundamentals Shaping proposals, roadmaps and delivery plans Working across Azure Data, Integration, Analytics & AI Partnering with senior architects and delivery teams You’ll spend your time understanding customer problems, shaping solutions, and helping win new business — while developing into a trusted technical advisor. What You'll Do Join client meetings, understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions Shape and support proposals, statements of work, and high-level architectures Contribute to scoping sessions, discovery workshops and pre-sales cycles Work closely with senior Solutions Architects & Data Engineers Support delivery teams when required — from documentation to design clarification Continually learn across Azure Data, AI, integration patterns, governance and modern engineering practices What We're Looking For We don’t expect you to be an expert — we’re looking for raw talent and attitude: Must-Haves Strong verbal communication and polished presentation Confident speaking with customers and stakeholders A curious, proactive mindset — you ask why and love solving problems A genuine interest in Azure Data, AI, and cloud solution architecture Willingness to chase new business and get comfortable in pre-sales environments Comfortable with the reality that not every project is glamorous — sometimes we do foundational work, BAU, or documentation… and you take that in stride Nice-to-Haves Some exposure to cloud (Azure preferred but we will also consider AWS and GCP), data engineering, analytics or software concepts Experience building basic diagrams or architectural thinking Any consulting or customer-facing experience What You'll Get Hands-on mentoring from senior architects and leaders A structured path toward Solution Architecture or Senior Consultant Exposure to modern Azure Data, AI, DevOps and engineering practices Opportunities to join sales meetings, help shape proposals, and win new business Real variety — enterprise clients, Microsoft ecosystem work, and a fast-moving growth consultancy A team with energy, humility, and a strong learning culture (50 Consultants).
