A leading Private Equity firm in the Sydney CBD is looking for a highly organised, detail driven part time Executive Assistant to support their Legal and Compliance function. This is an opportunity to work with a high performing team in a polished, professional environment, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, precision and being the operational backbone of a busy function. This role offers flexible part time options, ideally 4 whole days in the office, or open to 5 shorter school hours. What you will be doing You will support the Legal and Compliance team across a blend of EA, legal administration, company secretarial and compliance tasks, including: Executive Assistant support Light diary management and booking meeting rooms Coordinating domestic travel Processing expenses (Concur, Xero) Document formatting, printing and binding Adding file notes and updates into Dynamo Legal Secretary / Paralegal support Reviewing NDAs and preparing documents from templates Coordinating signatures for NDAs and other legal documents Maintaining and monitoring calendars for Accounts and Compliance Assisting with company secretarial activities, including: Setting up and deregistering entities Preparing documents for changes to directors or company secretaries Processing annual company statements and solvency statements Assisting with ASIC filings Preparing structure charts in Visio Supporting investor onboarding, including AML and CTF checks Running searches using Illion, Dow Jones, ASIC and overseas company registers Setting up new investors in Dynamo Conducting PEP checks (annual and full three yearly) Preparing FATCA and CRS filings Maintaining custody register and safe Preparing document packs for audits and insurance renewals Maintaining training registers, filing and archiving Assisting Accounts with verification of investor documents in Dynamo Who this would suit Someone who thrives in a structured, high precision environment Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail Confident using technology, systems and document tools Experience in legal admin, company secretarial, financial services, compliance or private equity will be highly regarded Why this role Join a respected Private Equity firm with a collaborative culture Interesting work across legal, governance and compliance Flexibility with 4 full days or 5 shorter days Highly professional and supportive team If you are a polished, proactive EA or legal administrator looking for a part time role with variety and impact, we would love to hear from you.
