Mandatory Skills · Strong understanding of Insurance domain. · Experience with Guidewire product suite (PC/BC/CC), especially ClaimCenter · Excellent solution evaluation and stakeholder management skills. · Expertise in creating functional specifications (user stories, process flows, use cases, data mappings). · Exposure to Agile Scrum methodology. · Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and API interactions within Guidewire suite. · Ability to lead requirement workshops. Roles And Responsibilities · Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. · Gather and analyze requirements, processes, and challenges to recommend effective solutions. · Conduct workshops and document detailed requirements. · Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter, including product models, rules, workflows, and user interfaces. · Support system testing and user acceptance testing. · Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers for successful delivery. · Participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement clarification.
