About The Opportunity Reporting to the Managing Director / CFO, the Finance Manager will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate financial operations, strong controls, and timely reporting across the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys leading teams and maintaining operational excellence within a project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day finance operations of the business Lead the AP and AR teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls Oversee transactional accounting including invoicing, progress claims, supplier payments, and reconciliations Monitor cash flow, working capital, and payment cycles Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls Liaise with project managers to support job costing, contract administration, and financial reporting About You You are a detail-oriented and proactive finance leader with strong operational capability and experience managing transactional finance teams.
