We’re looking for a technically outstanding Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team in Fairfield. The Role You will be a key guardian of financial integrity across Komatsu ANZ, New Caledonia and PNG — ensuring reporting is accurate, compliant and delivered to a high standard, every time. This is a hands-on technical role with visibility and influence across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Monthly consolidated reporting (fast, accurate, dependable). Annual statutory accounts and disclosures. External audit coordination. Budgeting, forecasting and 3-year CAPEX planning. FX revaluations and multi-currency management. Lease accounting (IFRS 16). Fixed asset governance and integrity. Oversight across SAP, ECCS, CaseWare, D365 and LeaseInfo. About You You’ll be successful if you: Bring strong technical accounting expertise (Big 4 or mid-tier background highly regarded). Have experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments. Are a confident Excel and SAP user. Deliver under tight deadlines (including a 2–3 day month-end close). Balance attention to detail with commercial awareness. Qualifications: Accounting or Finance degree CA or CPA qualified (CA preferred) Why work for us!
