What You’ll Be Doing: Providing pre-sales consultation and delivering complex managed services projects Leading and architecting migrations across Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid environments Managing and improving Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Delivering solutions across networking, security, backup and disaster recovery Acting as a key client contact and trusted technical advisor Improving technical standards, documentation and internal processes Introducing automation and improving operational efficiency What You’ll Bring: MSP experience working across multiple client environments 10 years supporting and engineering infrastructure across desktops, servers and networks Strong networking knowledge including switching, routing, VLANs, VPN and WAN Advanced Microsoft 365 expertise including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint and Teams Strong Azure experience including migrations, deployments and ongoing support PowerShell and scripting skills for automation Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy Virtualisation experience including VMware, Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Desktop/Machines Cybersecurity exposure including Essential 8 and ISO27001 frameworks Relevant Industry certifications Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset Tech Environment Experience across a mix of: Microsoft 365 Azure Entra ID Intune/Endpoint Management Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Virtual Machines & cloud networking Windows Server/Active Directory VMware/Hyper-V Networking (VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching) Backup & Disaster Recovery Security & Microsoft Defender PowerShell scripting & automation Cloud migrations and infrastructure modernisation What’s In It For You?
