We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing property administration, lease compliance, and team leadership within a retail property setting. This role is responsible for overseeing tenancy schedules, lease administration, tenant billings, arrears management, and reporting. You will lead this function, ensuring accuracy in financial processes and compliance with company policies. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
