Solve problems quickly with strong stakeholder and customer collaboration. The Role We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Credit Services team in Melbourne. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working across banking, claims, and credit functions. You’ll play a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, resolving customer claims, and supporting key finance operations. Responsibilities Manage daily banking activities, including accurate allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments, creation of journals, and follow‑up of remittances. Administer customer claims end‑to‑end, coordinating investigations, processing credit notes, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders. Prepare and support routine reporting and analysis across cash application, claims, collections, and audit requirements. Support collections and credit risk activities by following up overdue accounts, monitoring customer risks, and assisting with issue resolution. Provide general support to the Credit Services Team, contributing to continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and smooth daily operations. About You Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas essential) Strong experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control Experience with claims administration or dispute resolution Excellent communication and customer service mindset Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly regarded Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
