About the role As a Project Administrator at Vocus, you’ll provide project administration support to the sales team supporting a large Federal Government Managed Service customer. What you will be doing Service Request creation coordination / tracking working with Account Manager, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to develop Work / Project Schedules Service Request and Service Order enablement and processing (Order entry & communication) Coordination of Service Request delivery with Project team – validate queries for service types, qty’s, product types and volumes etc Manage Service Request variations – moves, changes, extension to services Collaboration with Project Managers / implementation team to validate Service Request agreed terms queries – Once Off costs, Build costs, PM costs Validate invoice content, timing, accuracy Work with the Account Manager and Client to produce Monthly Billing Explanation – Billing to date of Once Off cost in Statement of Works and Service Requests – Hardware, PM costs etc Work with Account Manager and Client to Produce Ongoing Lease forms to sign off Statement of Work and Service Requests deliverables Oversight of Project Status Reports Service Levels Regular on-site attendance at the customer’s premises is required. What you will bring 5 years’ experience in sales administration type roles. Exposure to working with the Federal Government Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Candidate must be eligible to obtain AGSVA NV1 security clearance.
