The Role Your role will be to manage a desk for mainly contract but also perm Develop new business through consistent sales activity and maintain industry networks and your personal brand Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients Map the market and create a comprehensive sales plan Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking Build a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates Keep up to date with market trends and changes in the Projects and Transformation market Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates What are we looking for in you? You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally with prior experience within the Projects & Transformation market Drive for success, sales activity and client delivery Desire and willingness to keep learning about the transformation space to stay relevant in the market Structured in your approach to work Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions Able to communicate with clients at all levels Persuasion & influencing skills Demonstrated experience of winning new clients and further developing existing ones Solid organisational skills and credibility We value people and the role work plays in their lives.
