As a Recruitment Consultant in our Early Childhood team , you’ll work at the heart of this impact - building strong partnerships, matching high‑quality educators with meaningful roles, and shaping the standard of care across centres in Sydney. You’re not just filling vacancies. You’re supporting educators, strengthening services, and helping children access the environments they deserve. Your first few months You will: Build strong relationships with Early Childhood services and learn their unique staffing needs Learn our recruitment systems, compliance processes and workflow models Source, screen and interview educators for temporary and permanent opportunities Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job ads to placement to ongoing educator support Grow your desk through consistent relationship building and high‑quality service Work collaboratively to meet goals, improve processes and celebrate team success Gain confidence working rotating shifts across 6:30am–6:30pm Your growth here isn’t tied to past experience - it’s fuelled by your potential. You’ll have coaching, support and clear career pathways from day one.
