Change Manager - Member Payments Platform 12 Month Fixed Term Contract $140k - $150k super salary packaging Melbourne | Hybrid The Opportunity Talenza is partnering with a well-established Australian institution undertaking the implementation of a new enterprise payments platform as part of a broader digital and customer modernisation program. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead delivery-side change execution across this business-critical payments transformation. This is a high-visibility program impacting revenue flows, finance operations and customer-facing processes. The Role Working closely with Technology, Finance, Risk and Customer teams, you will: Execute change and engagement activities aligned to the payments platform rollout Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Operations and Digital teams Conduct and refine impact assessments across affected business units Lead business readiness and transition activities Support operational process uplift aligned to new payment flows Facilitate workshops with senior and operational stakeholders Track adoption, behavioural change and risk mitigation Ensure compliance and control requirements are embedded This role requires a pragmatic operator comfortable working across both technical and business stakeholders in a regulated, member based environment.
