You'll focus on the administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services and identity platforms, ensuring secure and reliable access across cloud and on-prem systems. Working within a collaborative infrastructure team, you'll play a key role in improving governance, automation and identity lifecycle processes while supporting the ongoing evolution of the organisation's Microsoft ecosystem. About the Role Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams. Manage identity platforms across Active Directory and Entra ID within a hybrid environment. Maintain Exchange hybrid environments spanning cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Improve identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding and role-based access management. Contribute to automation and governance initiatives across the Microsoft platform. Troubleshoot platform issues and work with vendors to resolve complex incidents. About You Experienced Systems Administrator with strong Microsoft 365 and identity platform experience. Hands-on capability across Active Directory, Entra ID and hybrid identity environments. Strong knowledge of Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments. Experience scripting or automating tasks using PowerShell. Collaborative communicator comfortable working across infrastructure, security and application teams.
