The Role The Head of Operations & Technical Services is a critical leadership role responsible for the operational, technical and facilities management performance of 1 Denison. This role holds end-to-end accountability for operational outcomes, including managing agent performance, capital works governance, tenant interface, compliance and sustainability performance. The incoming leader will benefit from a structured handover and a strong baseline of operational excellence, while being expected to bring a fresh perspective and capability to further elevate performance and protect the asset's leadership position as benchmarks continue to evolve. This is an owner-side on-site role, working alongside a team that has received national recognition by RICS for the Property Management Team of the Year and the Facilities Management Team of the Year. Key responsibilities include: Leadership of operations, technical services and facilities management. Oversight of OPEX, capital works planning and delivery. Managing agent performance and PMA governance. Tenant fit outs, makegoods and compliance oversight Sustainability, risk management and regulatory compliance. What you will bring To be successful in this role, it is essential to have: Senior leadership experience in facilities management within premium commercial property. A proven ability to manage complex assets and stakeholder environments. Strong financial, commercial and operational judgement. Deep technical curiosity and pride in asset performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise confidently and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. Sharp analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
