About the Role The Business Development Manager will focus on selling their products and ranges to customers, serving as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include identifying the best product options through effective questioning, delivering demos and presentations, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, this role collaborates with the NSW Sales Manager and National Sales Manager to manage designated territories, ensuring consistent brand presence and customer satisfaction. Based out of Silverwater, this role covers Sydney Metro, the Riverina, and Southern NSW. While primarily focused on account management, you’ll also have the chance to identify and convert new customers while leveraging existing relationships to cross-sell and upsell within product categories. Day to day Manage a designated territory to achieve sales targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to maximise sales potential and ensure high levels of service. Execute regular call cycles to service the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities. Promote Maxisafe’s product range and merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand visibility in accounts. Present and promote Maxisafe’s new products and marketing initiatives to customers to drive in-store growth. Provide in-store training and support to customers' sales teams, ensuring proper knowledge of products and merchandising strategies. Actively pursue new customer acquisition within the territory through cold calls, visits, and networking. Maintain accurate and timely call logs and update customer information in Maxisafe CRM Systems. Attend trade shows and customer events to represent Maxisafe and support customers.
