Our National 360 Silverwater team is looking for a Client Support Representative to support our Allied Health team and make a meaningful difference for our clients. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Client Support Representative, we're looking for a warm, proactive, and people-loving individual. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for any referrers, families and new clients wanting to get started with allied health services for the first time. You'll also be the first contact for local visitors to our Silverwater office. The Client Support Representative role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact beyond the first interaction. You'll support clients across Australia via phone and email as part of our national Client Support Team, while working locally in a supportive and collaborative office. In this role, you'll guide new clients through accessing allied health services funded by NDIS, Aged Care and private pathways. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be the friendly first point of contact via phone and email, handling enquiries and managing referrals. Coordinate scheduling and bookings to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey. Assist NDIS, Private, and Aged Care clients in accessing services, navigating funding, and coordinating appropriate supports. Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and CRM systems with strong attention to detail. Support daily administrative operations to keep the office organised and client-ready. Strong administration skills, including record-keeping, documentation, and data management. Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel), booking platforms, and data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving under pressure. Experience in customer-facing roles, confidently managing enquiries and client interactions (2 years). NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain. Willingness to work predominantly from our Silverwater office, with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
