Working as part of a broader national team, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced engineers while taking ownership of projects locally and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders. You’ll lead design across steel, precast and post-tensioned concrete, masonry and timber, and be involved in reviewing work to ensure designs are delivered to a high standard. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to coordinate projects and keep things running smoothly, with a supportive team around you as you contribute to the continued growth of the Melbourne office. The Requirements Proven experience delivering structural design within a consultancy environment, ideally across building projects such as commercial, residential or industrial Experienced 6 years working in a local consultancy and confident engaging with clients Proficiency using Software packages Inducta, Spacegass and Rapt (or similar analysis tools) A positive, team-oriented approach and the ability to work closely with others in a supportive environment Full Australian working rights Enjoy stepping into a genuinely senior role where you’ll have real input into projects, strong backing from a collaborative team and the chance to help continue to grow a well-regarded consultancy’s presence in Canberra.
