Procurement Assistant/Admin (Felix) – Short-Term Contract Location: Wangara Head Office Team: Commercial Start Date: ASAP | Duration: ~3 months Rate: $40–$50/hr (depending on experience) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant/Admin to join a commercial team on a short-term contract. This role supports the implementation and ongoing management of a new Supplier Management system, Felix , for a key client in the engineering and construction sector. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding vendors to the Felix system, including sending online invitations, making phone contact, and guiding vendors through the setup process. Conduct initial reviews of vendor questionnaires and compliance documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify and update supplier information in collaboration with vendors, ensuring all data meets the required standards. Work closely with the Procurement Manager and Commercial team to maintain seamless operations within the Felix system. Support day-to-day administration and provide documentation support for audits or reporting as required. Contribute to process improvements and ensure all supplier management procedures are followed accurately. Skills & Experience Comfortable making professional phone calls and liaising with external vendors. High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience in administration is essential; some procurement experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with data entry, vendor management, or compliance administration is an advantage.
