Leading Australian Bank Market Leading Remuneration on Offer Hybrid Working Environment Leading Financial Services business is seeking a Lead Business Designer to join their team on a day rate contract basis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and program leadership on a specific program around SDLC and the path to production to enable technology solutions to be developed and delivered at pace. Ensure program and project business solutions draw on best practice and business and process architecture, are informed by customer and business insights, and will achieve the intended outcome Articulate the end-to-end business context and ecosystem the solution will need to deliver within Identify and map cross-program dependencies, synergies and opportunities, with a focus on technology solution elements Ensure alignment across the portfolio of known changes and to strategic objectives and business plans Work with Program, Project and Change Managers to balance the delivery of the agreed solution in a business and customer centric way Validation of any technology or business enables the client to achieve the desired business outcomes. The right candidate will have: Demonstrated experience working on large scale, multi year, complex programs/projects in excess of $50m annual investment Exposure to a diverse range of projects e.g. business transformation, application development, process re-design, system replacements, regulatory changes 8 years in a business environment establishing business value, undertaking root cause analysis, creating operating models, process and/or business architectures, data, customer, colleague and/or service designs Previous financial services experience Demonstrated stakeholder management across diverse business groups from C-Suite to subject matter experts and technology representatives Shaping and definition of complex solutions across products, channels, value chain, business and technology Demonstrated experience of a Business Partnering mindset and a team player with good business relationship, influencing and collaboration skills The right candidate may have worked as a Business Architect or Management Consultant in the past.
