We are seeking an organised and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support the delivery of HR services across Hamilton Island. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role works closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance and strong internal communication. You will assist with employment documentation, internal communications, reward and recognition initiatives, and staff events, while providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. Where you’ll make an impact Coordinate and maintain HR documentation, including flexible work and employment arrangements Support compliance with Modern Awards, employment legislation and internal policies Assist with general Employee Relations and Industrial Relations administration Contribute to internal communications across employee platforms Provide administrative support including invoice processing and reconciliations Assist in the coordination of reward and recognition initiatives Support the planning and delivery of key staff events throughout the year Work collaboratively with Payroll, Learning and Development and Department Heads Assist with updates and improvements across HR systems and processes What we’re looking for You are detail-oriented, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities. You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure processes run smoothly and take pride in maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
