As an Account Manager in our Brisbane office , you are the trusted partner schools call on when they urgently need support. You specialise in placing Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) into critical roles, often at short notice, ensuring learning continues uninterrupted. The role Way more than just filling bookings. You're protecting learning time, supporting educators, and keeping school communities moving forward. You stay calm when things get busy, and you follow through. You likely bring: Experience in recruitment, education, workforce coordination, account management, or high-volume customer service Confidence managing urgent requests and competing priorities Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to process information quickly and make sound decisions Clear, direct communication and a solutions-focused approach Comfort using CRM, recruitment, or booking systems Experience in schools or temp staffing helps, but it’s not essential.
