You’ll join our Commercial Banking team in Perth / Boorloo, Noongar Country as a full time Relationship Manager supporting our Diversified Industries portfolio. You’ll be part of our brand new Business Centre north of the river, working closely with businesses that shape the local economy. You’ll build strong customer relationships, uncover new opportunities and help businesses grow with confidence. You’ll manage a varied portfolio, connect with internal specialists to support customer needs, and be active in the market to bring new customers to Westpac. This is a hands on, people focused role where you’ll be part of a team that genuinely backs you to succeed. What do I need? • Experience in commercial lending and the confidence to structure complex deals • Strong analytical skills including cashflow lending and balance sheet analysis • The ability to build trusted customer relationships and grow a portfolio • A collaborative mindset and comfort working with a broad group of stakeholders • A proactive approach to business development and new customer acquisition Why join us?
