You’ll join our Commercial Banking team in a full time role based in Perth / Boorloo, Noongar Country, taking the lead in managing and growing a Diversified Industries portfolio. As part of our brand new Business Centre north of the river, you’ll be out in the market building deep relationships with large commercial customers and supporting them with lending solutions that make a real difference to how their businesses move forward. You’ll uncover new to bank opportunities, nurture strong referral networks and work closely with specialists across Commercial Banking including working capital, cash flow, transactional banking, wealth and financial markets. You’ll also collaborate daily with analysts and portfolio managers to ensure customers feel supported at every stage of their journey. This is a people centred role where you’ll feel trusted to bring curiosity, commercial insight and energy to help customers see what is possible. Your work will help shape the experience large commercial customers have with Westpac and contribute to building a strong and growing portfolio. What do I need? • Background in commercial or corporate lending • Strong credit capability, including comfort with complex structuring • Confidence winning new business and building strong referral networks • Ability to identify home lending opportunities as part of broader customer needs • Collaborative approach when working with analysts and portfolio managers Why join us?
