The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Group FP&A team. As the FP&A Analyst, you will report into the Group FP&A Manager and have the following responsibilities: Preparation and delivery of Group wide budgets and forecasts Consolidated monthly management reporting Variance analysis and commentaries and development of KPI tracking across the Business Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support key business units and major capex projects Business partner with key divisions in achieving budgeted targets Process improvements Mentor and develop a junior analyst Ad hoc project involvement What is Required? Whilst CA/CPA/CIMA qualified is a preference it is more about your skill set (you''l need to love financial modelling and analysis!) Exposure to logistics and mining services will be seen as advantageous but not essential Experience managing multiple deadlines and exemplary organisation skills Advanced Excel skills and experience in using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI You will be curious and a proactive team player Experience working with non-finance stakeholders and being able to articulate key finance concepts Why You'll Want to Join Work for a high‑profile industry leader with national operations.
