Position Available : Executive Assistant Location : Perth Airport About the Role: We’re searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organisational and strategic support to our Network Operations leadership team, acting as a central coordination point for General Managers. In this pivotal role, you will enable our General Managers to operate efficiently by managing priorities, coordinating communication and ensuring the smooth flow of information across the business. Key Responsibilities: Providing proactive, confidential support to General Managers, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities. Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and logistics across multiple time zones. Coordinating travel & guest arrangements. Managing inboxes in a timely and proactive manner. Engaging with external stakeholders to coordinate site visits and meetings. Preparing responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Taking notes or minutes in meetings when required. Identifying and organising any follow-up action required from meeting notes. Creating agendas, supportive documents & presentations required for meetings Conducting research, compiling data and preparing papers for consideration and presentation by GMs. Processing expenses, invoices and approvals. Developing action plans in consideration with time constraints and resources available. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant supporting Senior Management. Tertiary qualifications whilst not essential will be highly regarded. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs and manage ambiguity. Experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams. Exposure to project coordination or business operations.
