The Opportunity We are on the lookout for an experienced Work, Health Safety and Environmental Advisor with a background in Construction to join our Safety Team. You would work on a Iron Ore Project in WA on a 2x1 roster ex Perth This role works closely with the Construction Manager, Supervisors, Contractors and site teams to ensure the project is delivered safely. Your Typical Day Will Consist Of Coordination and deliver of WHS Training programs to the workforce including, site inductions and training including verification of competencies. Providing regular analysis and reporting of metrics to the business to communicate progress against HSET plans and key objectives. Lead incident investigations with site management to ensure root causes and corrective actions are identified, implemented and closed out within the agreed time frames.
