Remuneration: $33.59 - $34.70 Per hour 12% Super Salary Packaging Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until February 2027 Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 2 Hours Per Week: 16 Location: Wallsend Campus Requisition ID: REQ642787 Applications Close: Sunday 22nd March 2026 About The Role - Administration Officer Level 2 The Administration Officer Level 2 position is based at Wallsend Health Campus within the Harker Building, where you will serve as the welcoming front-of-house reception point for multiple services within Children, Young People and Families. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, families, clinicians and staff, providing professional and friendly administrative support while helping ensure the service runs each day smoothly. This position is offered two days per week, Thursday and Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The role is largely independent, with a consistent flow of visitors and enquiries throughout the day, creating a dynamic and engaging environment. No travel is currently required, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality reception and administrative support within the Wallsend Health Campus. Professional growth and ongoing training are strongly encouraged, supporting you to build confidence, expand your knowledge, and further develop your administrative skills within the role.
